eLearning courses

After years of development eLearning has a key role in training industry. It is a central tool for training in Companies and Organizations with positive effects on employees as well.

I have many years of experience in the field of eLearning which reflects in my concepts and implementation process. Regardless of business, topics and the use of media I am designing eLearning content with the focus of each individual Company and Organization. I design eLearning courses with an appropriate mix of interactivity, visual appearance and instructional design. An employee center training approach is key to the success of a training program. I pick employees up where they are, and we work together on the qualification process. An employee centered trainings-approach will contribute to a much higher success rate.

My courses are written and designed with an authoring tool where the content can be published to every SCROM-based Learning Management System (LMS).
