Learning with Strategy and Vision
Self-employment
With the move to Germany, I decided to embark on a new chapter in my professional life: self-employment!
My work experiences in American and German further education distinguish me, as well as the numerous e-learning projects I have implemented across various industries.
These experiences are reflected in my consulting and educational work.
Consulting
The consulting work is a significant part of my work with the client, as this is where it is decided what will be addressed, how the content looks, and who will be involved.
No ready-made solutions are provided – rather, it is about collaboratively developing viable content with the client.
The client is at the center of this work.
Education
In Silicon Valley, I worked in education and training. During this time, I deepened my theoretical knowledge of the methodology and didactics of adult education, which also contributed to a renewed practical understanding of learning behavior.
These insights are now reflected in my work as an eLearning Instructional Designer.
Experience that connects
I am a graduate social scientist, and I have, among other things, a certificate as an eLearning instructional designer and a certificate in business administration and management.
With my start in Germany, I decided to combine my work experiences from these areas and to become self-employed as an independent eLearning designer. This gives me the opportunity to work on national and international projects.

What drives me
I firmly believe that knowledge creates the greatest value when it is presented in a clear, accessible way and made available to everyone. That is why I help organizations preserve their expertise, transform it into engaging digital learning, and make it sustainably accessible for the future.
When I’m not working on client projects, I enjoy spending quality time with my family.
Nature is where I find balance and renewed energy—whether I’m out with my horse and dog or tending our natural garden, which is slowly growing into a haven for people, wildlife, and native plants.
