My consulting approach – your Training: At the beginning of our collaboration, it´s important for me to deeply understand your organization. I want to learn about your business goals, your products or services, your target group and connect with your employees.

Only by understanding your company within this depth can I design a training that will serve the demand, will be effective and meet the organizational needs.  

Key element in the consulting process is timely mannered and goal-oriented communication until it´s completion. Therefore it´s important to know the initial situation, as well as the qualification of the teams that are involved and the basic motivation of the people responsible for the training.

During the consulting process we will pick the right technical solution for your company, employees and budget to distribute the content. Technical implementation should be easy and smooth in your company since I am writing my courses with an authoring tool where courses can be published to all SCROM-based Learning Management Systems.
